Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are necessary to ensure the well being of our valued guests as well as the orderly continuance of the villas.

Upon making a booking, it is understood that the terms and conditions contained herein have been read and accepted. The client in whose name the booking is made accepts liability for ALL bills incurred by his/her guests.

	Check-in is between 14:00 and 19:00, unless prior arrangements have been made with management. No check-in is allowed after 22:00.
	Check-out is between 6:30 and 10:00, unless prior arrangements have been made with management. No check-out is allowed after 11:00. This is to enable the room to be prepared in time for new arrivals. Guests that check-out after 11:00, without prior arrangement with management, will be liable for an additional night’s accommodation.

	Both Villa’s have sheltered parking, which is numbered. Sheltered parking is reserved for guests only. Guests must park in the allocated parking.
	One (1) remote control and one (1) set of keys will be provided per Villa. The cost of replacement of the remote control and set of keys is R 250.00.
	Vehicles parked in the allocated parking area are at the owner’s risk and De Koepel Villa’s accepts no liability for loss of or damage to vehicles.

	Although management has taken the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our valued guests and their possessions, the onus is on the guest/s to ensure their own safety and security.
	Keep doors locked at all times and keep valuables in a safe place.

	The guest/s remains personally liable for any loss of or damage to the property of De Koepel Villa’s (excluding wear and tear).
	Guests who enter our establishment do so at their own risk. The proprietor, its agents, and/or employees shall not be held liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claim of any nature including but not limited to that of theft, death, injury, loss or damage of any nature against the proprietor, whether arising from the proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise. The guest/s hereby indemnifies the proprietor against any claims of any nature, which may arise from the proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.
	Swimming pool: No children under the age of 10 are allowed in the swimming pool area without adult supervision. Guests make use of the swimming pool at their own risk and De Koepel Villa’s will not be held liable for any loss, damage or death that may occur in that area
	Water feature: Please do not climb or sit on the rocks of the water feature. The rocks are loose.

De Koepel Villa’s cannot be held liable if any of the following events or conditions prevent De Koepel Villa’s from fulfilling its obligation to its guests. De Koepel Villa’s will take the necessary steps to minimise any disruptions or discomfort to guests under the following events or conditions: Unanticipated interruption/s to electricity, water, sewage to, from or on De Koepel Villa’s property. Industrial action, civil uprising or criminal activity. Fire, frost, floods or any other natural disaster or major natural event.

Guest/s enters this establishment at their own risk. The management and staff of De Koepel Villa’s will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury to any person incurred on the property by whatsoever cause. Rights of admission reserved.
